FarmDeck is currently collecting demand, onboarding potential suppliers, and organizing equipment and farm-service matches. A form submission is not a purchase, booking, financing approval, insurance policy, or guarantee of a match.

Fees

Farmers are never charged. Browsing, requesting, comparing, and holding a farmer account are free, and FarmDeck does not sell farmer data. Providers and suppliers may be charged fees for a listing on FarmDeck and for qualified farmer leads routed to them, in each case only under a separate written agreement between FarmDeck and that provider or supplier. No fee is charged to any party without such an agreement.

Equipment access

Providers and users remain responsible for equipment condition, qualified operation, transport, training, scheduling, insurance, field suitability, safety, permits, maintenance, damage, and compliance. Those responsibilities must be defined in the final booking or service agreement.

Farm service profiles and requests

A provider name, map location, public-source profile, distance estimate, or matching score does not confirm current availability, licensing, insurance, price, service radius, or suitability for a particular job. Public profiles are labeled as unconfirmed until the provider claims or verifies them. Farmers and providers must confirm acreage, timing, materials, product labels, credentials, field conditions, price, and final service terms before work begins. A basic provider profile is free; any paid promotion or other commercial arrangement requires separate agreement.

Community sharing and ownership

Shared-access coordination follows the same fee rules: farmers and pooled member capital are never charged, and any supplier-side terms require a separate written agreement. Cooperative ownership, financing, securities, tax structure, asset entities, and member exit rights require separate written terms and independent legal, tax, lending, and insurance review.

Research and planning information

Trial data, calculators, cost sketches, and matching scores are planning aids. They are not agronomic, financial, legal, tax, insurance, or equipment- safety advice and should be verified for the specific field and transaction.
